Beautiful!
Have recently taken up photography at age 67 and love the macro feature. Your pictures have inspired me to continue to learn more about this art. Who would ever imagine that an aging paper white could look so beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing your work.

Minot Rose Garden
Just looked at the Minot Rose Garden. Your work is wonderful--you've made me look at flowers in a different way. Love and good luck in the competition!

THNAK YOU FOR THE INSPIRATION...
STUNNING PICTURES...I agree about digicams & the computer. Instant gratification? Yes please...I love photography too, especially food & nature. Your pictures are beautiful & very inspiring indeed.I blog at passionateaboutbaking.blogspot.com/ & have a simple Canon PS. Am contemplating upgrading to a Canon Rebel XSI because I miss the sharpness. Your article in NY Times was very informative. Thank you & have a good day. Brgds Deeba

Inspirational Photography
My son, who is living in NYC, sent me a link to the article that appeared in the NY Times over the holidays. I had just received a macro lens for Christmas and my son thought I would be inspiried by the article. He was so right. I still don't know how to use my news lens properly and the directions that came with it are not helpful. I'll figure it out some day, but for now, I'm taking decent photographs and posting them on a blog I started over the holidays, as a way of sharing my pictures with my family and friends. I am very inspired by your close-ups, especially of the roses. Gorgeous. I'm so glad for you that you found something that makes your heart sing.
